Our first submission by Logan and his Mum - the brilliant parent who thought up the idea - is a short piece that describes the fun they had building a space rocket which appeared to be powered by methane lol.

Mrs Fenton plans to submit a photograph and the recipe for the biscuits she made in lockdown - before the flour ran out!
