Mrs Fenton loves a piece of music called Fingal's Cave which was composed by Felix Mendelssohn.
Fingal's Cave is a real place up in Scotland. Watch this short film to see it for yourself - it is very impressive!
Equally impressive is an orchestra playing Mendelssohn's masterpiece. Not only is it wonderful to listen to, it actually evokes images of the waves crashing into the cave.
I have chosen to include a version that shows the orchestra playing so you can see the instruments and the brilliantly coordinated musicians.
Can you identify which instruments are playing at different parts of the movement?
