Listen to a story

We are busy providing home learning - which matches exactly the learning for Key Worker children in school - but I saw this and thought how useful it could be.

Obviously, we all love reading so that is the first bonus.

While new books might be harder to obtain, this gives you access to some of the best classics and the best new releases - yay!

I am also mindful that many parents are now juggling their own jobs and home education so I thought this resource might get parents a block of time in which they can work while children enjoy a story?

At the end of a long day of work and home schooling, you could snuggle up together and enjoy....perhaps with a nice drink and snack?

Finally, not that I would attempt to influence you in any way, but I know some of these texts are huge favourites in school:

Mrs Fisher loves "Look Up".

Mrs Smith loves "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" and "Stick Man".

Ms Sharp loves "Mr Gum".

Mrs Fenton and George W love "Sam Wu".

Miss Newbold and Alexa B-B love "Murder Most Unladylike".

Mrs Fenton and Alexa B-B love "Orphans of the Tide" - though Alexa worked out who the vessel was much quicker than Mrs F did!

Mrs Wing love "Artemis Fowl" - think of a young James Bond.

Like Wimpy Kid and Dork Diaries? Kid Normal is the one for you!
