Children will build a secure understanding of the long term physical education benefits and the importance of leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle. 

Through physical education, our children will develop their knowledge, skills and vocabulary whilst being provided stimulating opportunities that encourage collaboration and develop resilience. 

  • Experience, enjoy and excel in high quality physical education and school sport. 
  • Participate in a range of motivational activities which offer life-long learning through challenge and competition.
  • Use taught skills in isolation and in combination to participate in competitive games and to apply basic principles suitable for attacking and defending.
  • Develop flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance across a range of activities.
